Common Mistakes to Avoid

❌ Walls dramatically reduce range

Each interior wall costs 3-5 dB. Concrete: 10-15 dB. Signal halves every 6 dB loss. One concrete wall can reduce range by 75%.

❌ 2.4 GHz vs 5 GHz range

2.4 GHz: longer range, more wall penetration, more interference. 5 GHz: shorter range, less penetration, much higher speed. 6 GHz (WiFi 6E): even shorter range.
